You may return clothing items for a refund under the following conditions:
* Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* Items must be returned with any original packaging
How to Return
* Include a note with your order number and reason for return
* Send the item(s) to the returns address provided upon request
Refunds
* Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected
* Funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account

All timber products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:
* Damage during transit
* Faults or defects upon arrival
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
* Contact us at sales@never-backdown.com as soon as possible
* Provide your order number and photographic evidence where possible
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

* We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

We do not accept returns for:
* Bespoke timber products (unless faulty)
* Items that have been worn or used
* Items returned outside the 14-day return window

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
